Most photos also show the Jones Drug Company which opened in the bank building in 1903. Views of the National State Bank building at 1242 Pearl Street. Views include the bank in an early stage of construction with architect Lionel Edward Fisher, stone mason and contractor Andrew Fraser, J.P. Salberg and other laborers posed in front; the bank in the 1920s with automobiles parked at the curb; and an armored truck bringing cash from Denver to calm a crowd gathered for a rumored run on the bank in the 1930s.
